Are your puppies vet checked?
Yes. Every puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian, comes with a health certificate and is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming before it meets its family. Every puppy is also covered by our health guarantee.
Can I see the puppies before deciding?
Of course. Come by the store on Bird Road any day of the week (Mon–Sun: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and meet them in person. No appointment needed, although you can book a visit so we have time for you.
Do you offer a Video Meet & Greet?
Yes. Tap Video Meet & Greet on any puppy and we will start a video call so you can see the puppy live before you visit.
What does the puppy come with?
A health certificate, its vaccination record, a starter kit and our guidance on food, training and the first days at home. Ask us in store about the details for each puppy.
Do you sell online or ship puppies?
No. Our puppies are sold exclusively at our physical store in Miami, FL. We want every family to meet their puppy in person.
Can I reserve a puppy?
Yes. If you have fallen in love with one of our puppies, call us and we will tell you how to hold it while you get ready.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Ask us in store or see our payment options: we will walk you through the plans available so bringing your puppy home is easier.
Do you offer grooming?
Yes. Bath & brush, haircuts, nail trims and more, in the same store. Ask about grooming when you visit or give us a call.
