The website is an informational catalog of Puppy King 305, a puppy store located at 10963 SW 40th St, Miami, FL 33165. We use it to show you our puppies and services and to let you contact us. We do not sell puppies online and no purchase is completed through the website.
Puppies, photos and availability
We do our best to keep the catalog accurate, but puppies find homes every day and details can change. Photos, descriptions, ages, sizes and availability are provided as guidance and are not a guarantee. A puppy shown on the website may no longer be available when you contact us or visit. Any price we mention is subject to confirmation at the store.
Requests, visits and video meet and greet
Sending a form, booking a visit or asking for a video meet and greet is a request, not a reservation. A puppy is only reserved through the agreement and deposit made at the store. A special order request tells us what you are looking for; it does not guarantee that we will find a puppy of that breed or within a given time.
Reservations and deposits
Reservations, deposits, payment terms and pick-up dates are set out in the written agreement you sign at the store. Please read it before signing; its terms, including whether a deposit is refundable, prevail over anything on this website.
Health guarantee
Every puppy leaves the store with a veterinary examination and a written health guarantee. A summary of the coverage is on our Health Guarantee page. The health guarantee you sign at the store is the document that governs.
Financing
Financing, when available, is offered by independent third-party providers, subject to their credit approval and their own terms. Puppy King 305 is not a lender and does not decide on applications. Any application you make is between you and the provider.
Communications
When you contact us and tick the consent box, you agree that we may reply by phone or email about your request. How we handle your information, and how to stop receiving messages, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Using the website
