Our Puppy Health Guarantee
We stand behind the health of every puppy we place in a home. Your new companion is protected from day one.
Every puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian before going home and comes with its health certificate and vaccination record. If a licensed veterinarian determines your puppy was not healthy at the time of purchase, or develops a qualifying hereditary condition, you are covered.
Illness present at the time of purchase
Coverage for contagious conditions or parasites present when the puppy went home (fleas and ticks excluded).
Congenital or hereditary conditions
Coverage for conditions your puppy was born with that impact its health, confirmed by a licensed veterinarian.

- Any condition disclosed to you before the purchase is not covered.
- Puppies are sold as companion pets: we cannot guarantee breeding ability, adult size or show quality.
- Keeping up with vaccinations and vet visits is part of the deal: it protects your puppy and your guarantee.
